Job description
Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority seeks a General Counsel to provide legal advice, representation, and analysis to the Board, CEO, and staff. This role oversees legal strategy, interstate water rights, and regulatory compliance across GBRA operations.
The position requires a Juris Doctorate and a Texas license, with a minimum of ten years’ experience in public law, finance, and complex transactions. Leadership of in-house and outside counsel is essential, along with strong communication skills.
