Job description
CHP Dental Center in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced general dentist to provide a full range of dental services including exams, preventive care, restorations, dentures, and extractions. The position requires a DDS or DMD and an active Florida dental license, plus DEA and CPR certifications.
