Job description
Sodexo is seeking a senior on-site leader to oversee a high-profile government services account in Northern Virginia. This role manages four cafés, drives client partnerships, and leads a management team to deliver exceptional hospitality across multiple locations.
You will guide a team of three managers, 75 union employees, and eight supervisors, with accountability for financial performance and people decisions. U.S. citizenship is required to support government programs.
