Job description
Posillico Civil, Inc. in Texas is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects. You will lead field teams, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence across sites in the Texas Gulf Region.
You should have 15+ years in heavy civil construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership, strong plans-reading skills, and proven ability to mentor crews. OSHA 30 and solid communication are required.
