Job description
Aarden is seeking a product-focused data scientist to maintain and develop models predicting land use, value, and market dynamics. You will own parts of the modeling efforts and help decide future analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities include building models, refining analytics, and curating datasets to feed valuation and sentiment analysis for land development opportunities. This role is based in Seattle with in-person collaboration.
