Job description
Schnabel Engineering seeks a Senior Geotechnical Dam Engineer with 12+ years of experience to lead design, rehabilitation, and construction of embankment and hydraulic structures in Texas. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive growth for Schnabel's dam practice.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (ABET-accredited), Texas licensure or reciprocity, and strong leadership and communication skills. Office-based in Texas with travel as needed.
