Job description
Integral Care in Texas is seeking an Associate Director of Individual Giving and Donor Engagement to lead major gifts, donor cultivation, and sponsorship revenue. You will manage a portfolio of donors, work with the Director of Resource Development, and drive strategies for retention and multi-year giving.
The role requires seven years of fundraising experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with moves management, revenue forecasting, and CRM systems.
