Job description
Anthropic is seeking a senior Benefits leader to own regional programs and drive global initiatives across Americas or International scopes. You will design, launch, and optimize health, welfare, and retirement benefits, working with Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compliance and scalable operations.
You will lead a cross-functional team, manage broker relationships, and evaluate self-funding options while expanding coverage across markets.
