Job description
Lilly is seeking a Sr Principal (R4+) – Global Quality Systems Lead to oversee QMS processes under Global Process Ownership for non-Quality owned processes. The role ensures alignment with the QMS strategy, infrastructure, and business tools across commercial and Clinical Supply functions.
They will support QMS excellence by aligning processes with business priorities, ensuring compliance, and driving quality improvements while collaborating with manufacturing, suppliers, and R&D teams.
