Job description
Fluence Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Supply Chain to act as a strategic legal partner for global procurement, manufacturing, and operations. You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements, advise on domestic and international supply chain matters, compliance, IP and technology issues, and risk management in a fast-paced, global business.
The role requires a JD, active US bar, and 7+ years in commercial transactions with strong negotiation and stakeholder management
