Job description
Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a senior engineer to design, deploy, and operate massive-scale voice infrastructure within the Service Cloud Voice ecosystem.
You will ensure reliable PSTN/SIP/VoIP services across regions, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and maintain proactive monitoring and security posture. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with large-scale voice deployments, strong troubleshooting, and a track record of meeting 4+9s SLA.
