Job description
Omnicell is seeking a Director, Assistant General Counsel – Go To Market to provide strategic legal support across the commercialization lifecycle. This player-coach role partners with Product, Innovation, Partnerships and Ecosystem teams to identify and mitigate risk in new and enhanced solutions.
The role develops customer-facing terms, leads internal due diligence with cross-functional stakeholders, and builds scalable governance, playbooks, and templates to support go-to-market activities.
