Job description
OSC Global is seeking a Government Contractor Capture Manager to identify, develop, and secure new government contracts from Manassas, VA. This hybrid role requires on-site presence and travel to industry events.
You will lead capture efforts with BD, proposal, and exec teams, manage relationships with government clients and partners, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations. A Secret/Top Secret clearance is required along with 5+ years in the federal market.
