Job description
Serco Inc. seeks an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to serve as a senior legal advisor on U.S. and international government contracts.
You will guide strategy across the full lifecycle, interpret FAR/DFARS, and advise on contract structure, risk allocation, and compliance. You’ll partner with executives, contracts, compliance, HR, procurement, and program teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective risk management.
