Job description
Serco is seeking an Associate General Counsel – Government Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across U.S. and international government contracts. The role covers the full lifecycle from capture to closeout and requires navigating FAR/DFARS, regulatory obligations, and prime/subcontractor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a JD, active bar membership, 8+ years advising U.S. government contractors, and the ability to coordinate with executive leadership and compliance teams.
