Job description
CommUnityCare seeks a Sr. Manager, Grants to lead the grants program across Health Center funding streams. You will oversee HRSA and other funder requirements, drive reporting, and align departmental goals with organizational funding priorities.
You will supervise a grants administration team, partner with Finance and Project Management, and maintain strong external funder relationships to secure ongoing support for program objectives.
