Summary
Senior Group Director based in New York responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for High Jewelry and High Watchmaking across the US. Lead a team of high-end sales experts to drive revenue through private in-store appointments and high-profile client events while elevating brand positioning in the luxury market. Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Client, Education, Fashion, and Global WFJ to deliver a cohesive One Brand strategy and exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Design and implement the sales and distribution strategy for High Jewelry and High Watchmaking across the United States.
Develop long-term strategic plans, set clear KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.
Drive revenue through private appointments, client events, and multi-channel distribution management.
Provide business analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the US Management Committee.
Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team of High-End sales specialists and establish career pathways.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, client, education, fashion, and global teams to align assortment, events, and client engagement plans.
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and P&L for high-margin categories.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail or high-value asset transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of gemology, jewelry manufacturing, and historical provenance.
Proven experience in watches, precious jewelry, and high jewelry with an established UHNW client network.
Strong strategic vision, business acumen, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required and to maintain a minimum onsite presence per role expectations.
