Job description
Mondrian South Beach is seeking a Director of Group Sales to drive revenue across rooms, F&B, and events. You will solicit new group business, entertain clients, and coordinate with hotel teams to close contracts and deliver exceptional service.
You will lead a sales team in Miami Beach, develop compelling presentations, manage key client relationships, and participate in trade shows to expand the client base. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
