Job description
True North Advisors is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development in Dallas, TX to lead a four-person BD team and drive 20% annual organic AUM growth. Report to the CEO, oversee pipeline from lead to close, and refine processes across mergers and acquisitions integration.
You will coach, motivate, and develop the team, maintain disciplined Salesforce usage, and collaborate with marketing, investment, and advisory units to deliver a seamless client experience.
