XCaliber Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs across a rapidly evolving health tech space.
You will drive top-of-funnel growth, track MQLs, and optimize the lead funnel while collaborating with product marketing and design. The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years in growth or demand gen for B2B SaaS or digital health, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn, and a strong analytics mindset to iterate quickly in a startup
