Job description
Nox Metals is seeking a Senior Operator to report to the CEO and drive scale across all business functions. The role emphasizes leadership, autonomy, and hands-on execution to propel growth in a high-velocity startup environment.
The successful candidate will have a track record of scaling startups, managing large teams, and partnering with executive leadership to build new capabilities and factories. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Los Angeles or Detroit.
