Job description
Chime is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for Chime Enterprise to own and drive growth across the B2B2C funnel, turning eligible employees at employer partners into enrolled and funded Chime members.
The role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, performance analysis, and product marketing craft, owning results and tradeoffs. Base salary starts at $150,000 and goes up to $208,000 with bonus and equity.
