Job description
Symmetry is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Sales, RevOps, and Marketing. You will advise leaders on required profiles, market benchmarks, and compensation, while growing a real GTM network and delivering data-driven recruiting across fast-moving functions.
You will partner with senior Revenue and Marketing leaders, own end-to-end processes, and apply AI-enabled approaches to sourcing and interviewing. Office locations in major metros support hybrid work.
