Job description
Fireblocks in New York is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own GTM hiring and partner with Sales and Marketing leaders. You will run full-cycle recruiting end to end, act as a trusted advisor, and bring market intelligence to every conversation to secure top talent.
In this high-visibility role, you will build a bench, test new sourcing channels, and drive speed and quality across recruiting processes. NYC-based, hybrid with 3x weekly in-office expectations.
