Job description
Fireblocks in New York City is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for our GTM organization. You will advise leaders, map the market, and help shape how we find, evaluate, and close top talent across Sales and Marketing.
This is a high-visibility, hybrid role requiring in-office presence in NYC 3 days per week. The base salary range is $110,000–$170,000, with a total compensation package that may include a bonus and equity in a fast-growing fintech.
