Job description
Highlander Consultants seeks a Hardware Engineering Leader to drive embedded hardware development from concept to production. You will lead analog, digital and mixed-signal design, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, manufacturable products through EVT/DVT/PVT and product release.
You will provide technical escalation support, work with quality and regulatory teams, and guide engineering documentation, CAPA actions, and change control across the product
