Partner directly with hiring managers and department leads to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and build hiring plans aligned to headcount and growth goals
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to distinct talent markets, from robotics engineers to UX designers to finance and operations professionals
Write, post, and manage job descriptions and requisitions from open through close
Maintain accurate, timely candidate data in the ATS (JazzHR) and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics
Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values
