Job description
WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Managing Director in the Boston area to lead large, high-visibility client engagements and develop strategies to grow the health and benefits practice. You will manage pipelines, expand relationships with current and prospective clients, and demonstrate how WTWs capabilities address client concerns.
You will serve as a senior health and benefits strategist, aligning plan design with client needs while collaborating across sales, marketing, and consultants.
