Job description
Prime Healthcare seeks an Assistant General Counsel of Clinical Operations & Risk Management to advise hospital operators on patient care risk issues and lead an enterprise-wide risk management program.
You will supervise outside counsel, shape strategy to reduce claims, and work with the Legal Department's teams to manage matters from pre-litigation through resolution. California licensure preferred, with eligible in-house status considered.
