Job description
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Sr Corporate Counsel in New Jersey with health law experience to act as a strategic partner to our business teams. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and counsel internal clients on compliance, privacy, and regulatory matters.
The role requires extensive experience as a practicing attorney, with in-house background preferred, and strong drafting and negotiation skills to balance risk with business velocity.
