Job description
UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Health M&A Legal team is seeking a Senior Associate General Counsel to lead the legal function for acquisitions and related business development activities.
You will partner with Business Development, Finance, Operations and Enterprise Legal leadership to advance Optum Health's growth strategy, including post-close integration and strategic counseling. Remote work is allowed nationwide, with in-office four days weekly in Minneapolis or DC when applicable.
