Job description
Emory University seeks a senior Change Management leader to own product and communications for the Emory Health Plan transition. You will manage product design, benefits documentation, and plan content across print, portal, and campaign channels for the October 19 Open Enrollment launch and January 1, 2027 go-live.
You will design omnichannel campaigns, drive stakeholder engagement, and build a consumer engagement capability to sustain adoption post-launch.
