Job description
Aon is hiring a Health Solutions Senior Consultant in Kansas City or St. Louis, MO. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead client projects on health and welfare benefits strategies and to mentor colleagues.
You will coordinate with subject matter experts, manage client relationships, and deliver presentations while guiding junior staff. A Bachelor's degree and insurance license (life/health) are required or obtainable after hire; salary ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 plus incentives.
