Job description
Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH seeks an experienced legal counsel to provide comprehensive legal services to the organization and affiliates under the Deputy General Counsel.
The attorney will handle contracts, regulatory matters, compliance with CMS/HIPAA/HITECH, investigations, and staff training; collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations.
Candidate must have 7+ years in health law, and be admitted to NH or another state bar with a JD from an accredited law school.
