Job description
Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to lead the compliance and governance for US Health and Welfare plans in Richmond, VA and McLean, VA. You will manage regulatory filings, perform testing, and coordinate with vendors to ensure plan compliance and accurate documentation.
You will also oversee audits, manage third-party vendor controls, and maintain plan notices, SPDs, and related materials, while championing HIPAA compliance and risk reduction across benefits teams.
