Job description
Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support EHR implementation for public sector clients. The role focuses on building core Organizational Change Management capabilities and driving adoption across enterprise IT transformations. You will lead creation of change plans, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to align with program objectives.
The position requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
