Job description
Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior General Superintendent II to manage all field operations on large healthcare projects. The role is on-site daily, guiding trade contractors, directing the project team, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
You will develop work plans, monitor budgets, and lead site meetings with owners and engineers to report progress. You will mentor junior staff, foster a safety-first culture, and coordinate with AHJ for inspections while driving
