NACBA is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across the health system. You will advise on a wide range of matters, review and negotiate documents, and oversee claims and litigation, partnering with operational teams to enable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role requires a JD, active Florida Bar license, 10+ years of civil litigation experience in healthcare settings, and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with senior leaders.
