Job description
Rancho Family Medical Group in Temecula, CA is seeking an Operations Director to oversee the clinic network, lead Operations Managers, and drive P&L accountability across 14 primary care clinics serving about 60 providers. This senior role partners with the VP of Operations, Chief Medical Officer, and corporate departments to improve performance, implement value-based care initiatives, and launch new clinics.
Strong leadership, strategic execution, and healthcare operations experience required.
