Job description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - Project Management to lead multiple healthcare projects across North & South Carolina. This on-site role in the Raleigh NC metro area requires strong client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
The candidate will manage scope, delivery resources, and change management, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project success within预算 and timeline. Local presence is required Monday through Friday.
