Job description
Anchor Health Properties is seeking a Development Director to lead the day‑to‑day development of new medical facility real estate projects. You will assemble a project team, manage feasibility studies, budgets, and scheduling, and serve as the main client contact throughout the development process.
The role requires coordinating with architects, construction managers, engineers, attorneys, and other specialists, from feasibility study to occupancy.
