Job description
Anchor Health Properties seeks a Development Director to oversee day-to-day development of new medical facility real estate projects. You will lead cross-functional teams from feasibility study to occupancy, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure alignment with client goals.
The role offers base salary range $120,000 to $140,000 with discretionary bonus, and final compensation is determined by experience and location. Open to Franklin, TN; Charlottesville, VA; or Atlanta, GA offices.
