RevSpring is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to support its commercial contracting function across healthcare technology and RCM solutions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements to balance legal risk with business objectives while ensuring HIPAA, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
The attorney will advise Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations, drive deal closure, and contribute to contracting templates and playbooks.
