Job description
Waters Construction in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Senior Heavy Civil Estimator for a backfilled role with growth toward Chief Estimator. Hybrid work is available after 1 year in office, with a base compensation of $160,000–$180,000 DOE and excellent benefits plus a bonus program.
Regular in-office presence in Bridgeport is expected. The role requires pricing, understanding construction methods, Primavera pre‑award and baseline schedules, and clear risk communication before bid day.
