Job description
Berg Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager in Morgantown, PA to lead the heavy civil estimating function. You will own the process from first conversation through award, using your experience in excavation and underground work to shape bids and strategy with Berg’s leadership.
The role requires 8–10+ years of heavy civil experience, strong relationships in the regional market, and the ability to drive opportunities with a hands-on, field-informed approach.
