Job description
SMI Services Inc seeks an experienced Heavy Civil / Site Development Superintendent to oversee field operations at Bowie, MD. You will manage daily activities, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
The role requires strong leadership, site development expertise, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans. You will report to project managers and help protect timelines and budgets on commercial and civil projects.
