Job description
Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis seeks an HEOR team leader to shape health economics, real-world evidence, and value propositions across the CMH portfolio. This role drives strategic HO research from early development through commercialization and partners with biostatistics, epidemiology, and market access.
The candidate will lead a team of HEOR scientists, develop PFO and cost-effectiveness strategies, manage projects, and communicate complex results to stakeholders.
