Job description
Reynolds Smith & Hills Inc. is seeking a Principal Highway Engineer in Orlando, FL to serve as a discipline leader and technical resource across transportation projects.
The role includes defining project elements, coordinating bids, and maintaining client relationships while overseeing delivery with multiple disciplines. Qualified candidates will hold an ABET‑accredited engineering degree, be a licensed Professional Engineer, and have substantial experience leading complex highway projects.
