Job description
CHI Health Lakeside in Omaha, NB seeks an HIM Specialist Sr to manage patient health records through the lifecycle, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity in a fast-paced hospital setting.
You will perform advanced HIM functions including chart analysis, document imaging, and ROI support, with emphasis on accuracy, productivity, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Requires at least two years in acute care, EMR proficiency, and MS Office; RHIT/RHIA preferred.
