Job description
Enhabit, Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse leader to oversee home health coordination and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in Scottsdale, AZ.
This role requires clinical nursing expertise, CPR, and strong communication with physicians, patients and care teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recent nursing experience, including home health, and a background in managing care planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
